Of all the lemon-scented essential oils this one by far is the best, because it doesn't have that foul cooked herb note like the others do. It doesn't have an overwhelming camphoric note common to eucalyptus species either if that is a concern.

Used in bug spray. Perfect!

At first was unsure about the smell compared to others that I had bought from other companies. But when I used it in my bug spray recipe it was much more effective than other batches before. And the scent of the bug spray was much more pleasing when using this oil than the other oil from a different company. Will definitely be purchasing from purely black again!
